General information
MIPP International announces new pricing and terms for subscription to Legislation of the CIS Countries which is a specialized law database containing legislation of 11 post-Soviet countries: Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Russia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Ukraine and a section International Relations. All documents are in Russian, but the interface has been recently translated into English.
Institutional Subscription
Now depending on the particular needs and requirements of the customers we provide three kinds of institutional subscription:

The license allowing unlimited number of simultaneous users with limited number of full-text documents from all countries in the database. The prices vary from $960 to $2230 per year. |

The license for unlimited number of documents. The cost depends on the number of simultaneous users. One simultaneous user license cost is $3170 per year. Each additional user adds 10% to this cost. |

NEW! If your library doesn't need information from all 11 countries, you may select only countries of your interest and you will save your budget! Now you can get the unlimited number of documents from selected country at $1490 per year! |
Individual Subscription

User Guide
A new User Guide has been released recently at http://www.base.spinform.ru/en/help.fwx. Created in line with the end user behaviour, this tutorial gives a step-by-step explanation on how the system should be used. It contains in-depth description of all menu items displaying screen shots of relevant pages.
